But Mom, I don't want to go to school....
Kinsleigh, aka "Wild Child", is going to be starting school Tuesday night. She likes to do things "her way" and then run away from me. Hopefully, with a litte tutoring she will learn to do things "my way". Cross your fingers we 1) Don't get kicked out on the first day 2)Don't run away all the other "students" and 3) Actually retain what is learned in class.

Crafty Bug!
We have finally returned from our trip in outter space....
While we were gone, I was stung by some sort of outter space crafty bug. By no means am I crafty, but for some unknown reason I have decided I wanted to be crafty here latley.
I have dreamed of making a wine cork wreath for a while and now my dream has come true! I must say I am impressed with myself. It may not be a designer wreath, but I did it all by myself (well, with the help of some special people to assist with the wine cork collection)

Dog Park
Valdosta has a wonderful Dog Park for the dogs to run, play, and meet new friends. Washo does great at all of the obstacle courses they park has to offer. He loves to take balls from the other dogs when possible. Of course Kinsleigh wants to do her own thing at the park, including but not limited to:
-Attempting to get into the "Big Dog" area and mess with the 120+ pound Rottweilers (super nice though)
-Sitting in on the "Dog Park Club" Meeting. (A group of ladies were have their weekly meeting while their dogs played and of course, Kins has to join the meeting to make sure they cover all the necessary topics
-Plopping down in the grass to watch all other dogs/humans play
Washo and I trying to talk Kins to joining us
She has found something more interesting than us
Lil Brother
Kinsleigh would like to introduce her "Little Brother"to everyone. This is Washington Williams Searcy or "Washo" for short. (He is Walker's Yellow Lab). Kins has made sure that he knows who is boss and that he also gets plenty of exercise. She has him chase her all over the house and yard. It's a sight to see and I typically have a stomach ache from laughing so hard while they play.
She has been somewhat nice about sharing her toys with him.
Thatis until he has HER rope....
But they do love to play tug of war
Dog Tired
Kinsleigh always loves to go play with her "Big Gurls" (Kolle, Charkee, and Kami) and make sure that they are getting plenty of exercise. I always love the day after she has played with her Big Gurls because she is wiped out. Seeing her all snuggled up on the sofa makes me want to do nothing other than take a nap with her.

Poor Baby
Doesn't this just make you feel super sorry for the baby. It broke my heart when I had to pick Kinsleigh up from the vet after her surgery. Not only did she attempt to remove her stitches when she woke up from surgery, but she also ended up with a blood clot her first night back at home. To make things even better....I was suppose to keep "Wild Child" as calm as possible. It didn't take her long to figure out how to take the lampshade off.
